My clinical approach integrates the developmental school of Object Relations and Attachment Theory with Jungian psychotherapy, focusing on how early life experiences continue to shape adult emotional difficulties. In particular, my practice centres around Jung’s concept of the Self— I work with dreams and archetypes that can reveal the inner drives toward personal growth, wholeness, and wellbeing.
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological challenges, including:
• Treatment-resistant depression and bipolar disorder
• Childhood trauma and abuse
• Bereavement and loss
• Anxiety and depression
• Relational and attachment difficulties
• Men and masculinity
• Identity, purpose, and self-development
During my training, I joined the National Affective Disorders Service (NADS)/Maudsley Advanced Treatment Service (MATS) and served as the Honorary Psychotherapist at the MATS/Ketamine Clinic, where I worked with patients experiencing severe, complex symptoms. I have also worked as a Bereavement Counsellor at St Christopher’s Hospice and facilitated Men’s Groups over a seven-year period.

I believe psychotherapy is a path to discovering your true self—not the version shaped by trauma or external expectations. Through meaningful therapeutic work, individuals can move beyond past limitations and begin to live with greater authenticity, freedom, and purpose.
