Tackling issues which have become ‘stuck’ takes time.  There is no short-cut. It is usual to have 1 to 2 sessions per week with a psychotherapist and up to 5 sessions per week with an analyst.

Costs vary and are agreed with individual analysts and therapists.  Some analysts may adjust fees according to individual circumstances. The SAP Clinic low cost scheme makes it possible to agree fees more flexibly to assist those on low income

HOW DO I ACCESS HELP, WHAT IF I’M UNSURE, AND WHAT IF I CAN’T AFFORD THE USUAL COST?

There are two ways to access our help.  First, go to Find and Analyst or Therapist and make direct contact with an analyst or psychotherapist.

Second, if you are unsure or want to arrange a consultation or find it difficult to afford the usual costs, contact The SAP Clinic.

The SAP operates a low cost scheme for those on reduced income seeking consultation and treatment.
