These Reflective Practice CPD Seminars in an informal safe and confidential space, will give participants an opportunity to think about and to discuss both the necessary formal and ethical arrangements that need to be made when agreeing to become a Clinical Trustee (Clinical Executor) or in appointing someone to be a Clinical Trustee. This will include the need for making a professional will. We will also consider the more personal or informal matters we need to bear in mind when considering retirement, long term illness, fitness to practice and the death of the analyst/therapist alongside our ethical obligations to our patients and colleagues
